All Wired Up – FRC Robotics

We are currently accepting Middle and High School students; and we currently have students from Groveland, Clermont, Minneola, Mascotte as well as West Orange, Hernando and Sumter Counties. Everyone in the South Lake County area is welcome!

Our 2025 off-season has begun and we currently meet Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 6:30pm-8:30pm at our workshop at 441 South Main Avenue, Room 207 in Groveland. During portions of the year, we also have virtual sessions to teach Programming and Computer Aided Design (CAD) on certain evenings.

We also run a FIRST ® LEGO® League Team, A Little Wired, for elementary school students.

Our recent competition season began on January 4, 2025 with the start of the 2025 REEFSCAPE competition.
Our competition for the upcoming 2025-26 season, FIRST® AGE™, will be archaeology-inspired.

We are always looking for more members of the community who are willing to volunteer some time and expertise as mentors. And you don’t have to have technical knowledge in programming or engineering; we’ll also be teaching interested students marketing/business skills, videography, photography, animation and other creative skills.

And if any local businesses would like to help support these young people, we’re looking for you too.

We’re not just excited about robots, we’re “All Wired Up”!
